You agree not to
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or licensing.
- Circumvent the Platform — solicit users to transact off-platform to avoid fees.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or harm other users.
- Post sexually explicit, hateful, or violent content.
- Offer illegal services, weapons, drugs, or unlicensed regulated work (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC where Florida licensing is required and you are not licensed).
- Upload malware, scrape the Platform, or interfere with its operation.
- Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas you are not authorized to access.
Tasker requirements
- Maintain an accurate profile, services list, and pricing.
- Hold any state, county, or municipal licenses required for the work you accept.
- Respond to bookings promptly and professionally.
- Carry your own liability/auto insurance where applicable.
Reporting
To report a violation, email trust@rushtasker.com with the user, listing, or message in question.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend payouts, or terminate accounts at our discretion. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent bans.
